Saturdays Just Got Better: Discover Fresno's Newest Event - The Flower Market

Hey there, Fresno residents! Are you ready for a new, exciting event that’s coming to your city? Starting March 18th, 2023, the Flower Market will be taking place weekly on Saturday mornings from 8am to 12pm, at the newly remodeled, historic Sun Stereo Warehouse building located at 736 Fulton Street in Downtown Fresno.

This weekly event is going to be a delightful gathering for all flower enthusiasts. Every Saturday, local growers will be presenting fresh blooms for shoppers and florists alike. The variety of flowers will include ranunculus and butterfly ranunculus, anemones, dahlias, peonies, garden roses, lavender, foxglove, stock, larkspur, sweet peas, lisianthus, snapdragons, poppies, hydrangeas, sunflowers, and so many more. You’ll be able to choose from a wide range of stunning colors and scents to brighten up your home, office or any special occasion.

But wait, there’s more! In addition to the flowers, you’ll also have access to local coffee vendors, artisans, and vendors offering goods for purchase. And, if that’s not enough, the shops inside the building will also be open for shopping. So, you can indulge in a little retail therapy while you’re there as well.

If you can’t make it on Saturdays, no need to worry! The Flower Market in Clovis at On the Edge Coffeehouse in Old Town Clovis will be open on Thursday mornings from 8am to 10am. This smaller weekday opportunity to purchase local flowers will also include a variety of flowers from local growers.

This event is similar to popular floral markets like those held in larger metropolitan areas like San Francisco and Los Angeles, so it’s exciting to have this in Fresno! The atmosphere of the Flower Market is sure to be lively and cheerful, making it the perfect way to start your weekend.
