Hot and Happening this weekend in Fresno

It’s going to be a fabulous weekend here in the central valley. Spring is definitely here and for some that means baseball! You’ll note that the Grizzlies are playing Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Baseball brings boundless bliss, as batters bash balls and basemen battle for bases. From the booming crack of the bat to the buzz of the crowd, it’s a beautiful balance of competition and camaraderie. Ballplayers bare their best on the field, braving the scorching sun or biting cold. But it’s not just the game that’s breathtaking – it’s the ballpark too. Blue skies, bright lights, and bustling crowds make for a beguiling backdrop to this beloved pastime. And let’s not forget about the bountiful feast of ballpark food, from burgers to brats, and beer to cotton candy. Baseball is truly a bounteous buffet of entertainment, and for many fans, it’s a beloved tradition that’s been passed down from generation to generation.

FRESNO GRIZZLIES vs THE STOCKTON PORTS

The Grizzlies are playing a 6 game set against the Ports that started on Tuesday.

Friday’s game starts at 6:50 PM. The theme for Friday is “Country Night – My Job Depends on Ag“. and there will be Friday Night Fireworks!

For many people, Spring baseball is a grand slam of joy. There's no need to balk at the sense of community that comes with rooting for a baseball team. But we have more than just that for you to do this week!

Saturday, the game starts at 6:50 PM again but you might want to get there early. It’s “Valley Tribute Jersey Giveaway Night” for the first 1,500 fans. Special appearance is going to be The Zooperstars. Who is that you ask?

Parker better look out!

Sunday is an afternoon game starting at 1:05 PM. The theme is “Bark in the Park“. Does that mean you can bring your pup? It sure does! But wait there’s more! Bring your Save Mart receipt or show the Save Mart app at the ticket office to get $5 off each ticket (up to 8 tickets). Kids also have the opportunity to run the bases post-game and even receive FREE ICE CREAM after running!

Who is FresYes?

Fresyes.com was started by me, Jason Farris. Yes, I'm in real estate. I think that real estate is so much more than buying and selling homes. It's all about the lifestyle, it's about community. Here in the Fresno / Clovis area we have such a wonderful sense of community. I wanted a place that best reflects the people, the places and the lifestyle that we call home. Fresyes.com is that place. We have fabulous authors who share what makes this community of ours so special. I also write here, and not always about real estate. You can find all my posts HERE
