Calling all breakfast enthusiasts (and lunch lovers, too)! Get ready to have your expectations shattered because Yolked Kitchen in Clovis, CA is here to revolutionize your morning (and midday) meals.

This exciting new spot comes to us from the same team behind the highly-acclaimed 13 Prime Steak. Restaurateur John D Marihart, Executive Chef Tommy Chavez, Jeff Valadez, and Falina Marihart are bringing their passion and expertise to the breakfast and lunch scene, and you won’t want to miss it.

More Than Your Average Breakfast Joint

Yolked Kitchen isn’t your typical greasy spoon. They take breakfast and lunch to a whole new level, focusing on fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and innovative dishes that are as delicious as they are creative. Chef Tommy Chavez isn’t afraid to push boundaries, transforming breakfast classics into culinary masterpieces.

A Feast for the Senses

Step inside Yolked Kitchen and prepare to be charmed. The decor is bright and cheerful, featuring a sunny-side up mural that perfectly complements the restaurant’s name. But the true star of the show is the food.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Yolked Kitchen with a guest, and we were both blown away by our meals. I dove into the New Mexican Christmas Burrito, a flavor explosion of carne asada, potatoes, cheese, applewood smoked bacon, and a double dose of chiles. My guest opted for the New Mexican Green Chile Enchiladas, equally impressive with its layers of chicken, cheese, and farm-fresh eggs.

Sweet Success and Friendly Service

Our breakfast feast wasn’t complete without coffee, and the cappuccinos we ordered were nothing short of amazing. The service was fast and friendly, with our water glasses kept perpetually full.

Just the Beginning

Yolked Kitchen is still in its soft opening phase, but the lunch menu looks equally enticing. With their commitment to quality and culinary exploration, this restaurant promises to be a Clovis favorite for years to come.

So, are you ready to embark on a delicious adventure? Head over to Yolked Kitchen at 1305 N. Willow Ave #190 Clovis, CA 93619 and get ready to have your breakfast (and lunch) expectations turned upside down!

Head YES man at FresYes.com
I grew up in Fresno. Relaxed in its calm breezes, listened with my dad to the crack of the bat at little league baseball games when I was a kid and now take my son to do the same at minor league games. I broadened my mind at its schools (I went to high school right here at San Joaquin Memorial, and to college at Fresno State!) I love that if I drive for two hours in one direction, I can be in the mountains. For two hours in another, luxuriating on a California beach. I can enjoy the cosmopolitan atmosphere of San Francisco or Los Angeles, but still be able to come home to relaxation, calm, and quiet.

I love where I live, and I also love what I do. I'm lucky to be able to work in a profession in which I get to build relationships; one that has me meeting new people each and every day and helping them to build new lives in my beloved city. I'm lucky enough to work in a profession in which I can marry cutting-edge technologies and marketing techniques to good, old-fashioned, nose-to-the-grindstone work. I am lucky enough to work in a profession that allows me to work as an advocate for my clients; to use every tool at my disposal to get a job done well for them, and with as little stress and expense as possible.

I love my city. I love my job. One inspires my excellence for the other.

Who is FresYes?

Fresyes.com was started by me, Jason Farris. Yes, I'm in real estate. I think that real estate is so much more than buying and selling homes. It's all about the lifestyle, it's about community. Here in the Fresno / Clovis area we have such a wonderful sense of community. I wanted a place that best reflects the people, the places and the lifestyle that we call home. Fresyes.com is that place. We have fabulous authors who share what makes this community of ours so special. I also write here, and not always about real estate. You can find all my posts HERE
