As a local features writer here at FresYes, I love learning about new businesses popping up in town, and I especially love when it happens close to my own neighborhood. But the best-case scenario? When it’s a local coffee shop. (I’m a major coffee lover, so this is my sweet spot.)
Lucky for me, I recently found out about a new(ish) coffee shop less than five minutes from my house and to top it off, it has a familiar face behind the counter. I spotted photos on Instagram and immediately recognized one of my favorite baristas, Juliann, from my old go-to shop, The Revue. I already knew she made a great cup of coffee and really takes pride in her work, so I was extra excited to try this new spot: Saint Coffee.
Saint Coffee is tucked into the Pavilion West shopping center and shares a suite with Arch Haus of Brows. While the businesses share a space, there are clearly defined zones for each, so customers can enjoy their visit without feeling like they’re in the middle of another service. The coffee side of the space is calm and welcoming, with its own vibe.

Inside, you’ll find a stylish and peaceful coffee bar with indoor and outdoor seating, plus free wifi, perfect for anyone looking to work, study, or just sip and relax. The design leans modern and neutral, accented by natural stone finishes and warm, natural light. It’s the kind of place that feels cozy and calm but also aesthetically elevated.
The menu is succinct, and it’s clear the focus isn’t on frills, but traditional, quality coffee shop options. Drinks include lattes, cold brews, americanos, matcha, chai, mochas, and cappuccinos. Milk options include oat, almond, and whole milk, and instead of sugary syrups, they offer natural enhancements like lavender, rose, and vanilla — perfect for adding flavor without overwhelming the drink.
I ordered an iced vanilla latte, and it was exactly how I like it: espresso-forward with a bold coffee flavor, just enough milk to mellow it slightly, and a touch of sweetness that enhances but doesn’t dominate.
I also picked up an iced matcha latte for my coworker, who’s a bit of a matcha expert — she drinks it regularly and can definitely tell the difference between ceremonial-grade and the lower-quality stuff. She took one sip and immediately said it was excellent and absolutely something she’d re-order. That’s a high compliment coming from her!
If you’re someone who loves tons of flavor options, colorful whipped cream toppings, or very sweet drinks, Saint might not be your perfect match. But if you appreciate the craft of a well-balanced latte or a thoughtfully prepared matcha, I think you’re really going to enjoy this spot. It’s not flashy, but it’s intentional and of quality, and that makes a difference.
Saint Coffee is open Tuesday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., and on Mondays from 7 a.m. to noon. Whether you’re nearby or just in the mood to explore a new coffee spot in town, I definitely recommend making the trip. I know I’ll be back soon.
