• Women’s Circle – New Year Ceremonies

Where: The Dawn of Time, 2904 E. Fedora Ave, Fresno
When: 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday
What: A gathering of women who wish to encourage, uplift and inspire, featuring Burning Bowl and White Stone ceremonies.

• Beginner’s Yoga Class

Where: Fulton Yoga Collective, 1612 Fulton Street, Ste. 103, Fresno
When: 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday
What: Beginners classes are perfect for all levels to learn for the first time or deepen your relationship with foundational poses, strengthen the core and obtain balance and flexibility.

When: 7 p.m. Monday
What: Zouk Soul is a Brazilian dance that’s describe as soulful, sensual, meditating, and beautiful.

• “Just The Tips” Comedy Show + Open Mic

What: Open mic starts after the headlining show featuring Keith Carey, a Long Beach-based comedian who performs all over the country. Bring tip money to pay the out-of-town comics.

Where: 1025 S. Trinity St., Fresno
When: 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday
What: The City of Fresno’s Housing and Community Development Division is hosting two workshops to provide information on federal programs and how interested individuals can be prepared to participate in the City’s annual planning process.

• Valley Social Sports Downtown Run Club

What: Enjoy the beauty of downtown with a run through the streets. Whether you’re training for a long run or just wanting to walk/jog a bit to get off of the couch, come out to the corner of Kern and Fulton (the fountains outside of Chukchansi Park) and have some fun.
