Take a look at the June Market Report. While June sales are down year over year, the important thing to note here is how sales are trending up. June 2020 had 120 more sales than May 2020 and current pendings indicate that July sales will be significantly higher than June. With buyer demand as high as it is, expect Days on Market to continue to drop next month. |
