Fresno State takes on New Mexico tonight, and the Bulldogs are heavily favored. Let’s hope for another big win! Did you hear about the Federal Reserve dropping rates by 0.50? Unfortunately, that doesn’t directly mean lower mortgage rates—at least not yet. It’s a bit more complicated, but if mortgage rates take a dive, you’ll be the first to know.
