With National Pasta Day just a few days ago it had us thinking (and dreaming) of the perfect bowl of pasta. Is that a linguini, fettuccine, or a ravioli? What about the sauce?… red, white or something else? The general consensus – if we had to pick just one dish – it would be spaghetti and meat balls. The classic. There is a unique and unparalleled joy in savoring the perfect combination of al dente spaghetti intertwined with succulent, homemade meatballs, bathed in a rich and aromatic tomato sauce. Each twirl of the fork captures a burst of flavors, harmonizing the hearty meat with the tender pasta, creating a delightful symphony of textures and tastes that never fails to evoke a sense of comfort and satisfaction. The timeless classic, spaghetti and meatballs, not only fills the belly but also warms the heart, leaving a lasting impression of culinary bliss. Are you with us?

So we did what everyone else would do and we asked the Google what the best pasta place was in Fresno. That led to a couple of big pasta chains and even a few ramen places. Ramen? Not at all what we were looking for. We switched the query to Best Italian Food in Fresno and that gave us slightly better results.

Here’s what Yelp lists as the Top 7 (you’ll find them below our poll).
We know how yelp is often skewed, which is why we’ve got a poll. We want to hear what you think is the BEST ITALIAN FOOD (PASTA) IN FRESNO. We’ll add your “other” suggestions to the poll as we go along. We would also love to hear what your favorite dish is in the comments!

Who is FresYes?

Fresyes.com was started by me, Jason Farris. Yes, I'm in real estate. I think that real estate is so much more than buying and selling homes. It's all about the lifestyle, it's about community. Here in the Fresno / Clovis area we have such a wonderful sense of community. I wanted a place that best reflects the people, the places and the lifestyle that we call home. Fresyes.com is that place. We have fabulous authors who share what makes this community of ours so special. I also write here, and not always about real estate. You can find all my posts HERE
