What about the sauce?… red, white or something else? The general consensus – if we had to pick just one dish – it would be spaghetti and meat balls. The classic. So we did what everyone else would do and we asked the Google what the best pasta place was in Fresno. That led to a couple of big pasta chains and even a few ramen places. Ramen? Not at all what we were looking for. We switched the query to Best Italian Food in Fresno and that gave us slightly better results.
