Thanksgiving is a time for friends, family, and even complete strangers to come together and give thanks for all of the good things that we have in our lives. |

There’s an old saying that says that a burden shared is halved, but a joy shared is doubled. I like to think that exercise is a bit of both! When you have a workout friend, you split the burden of exercise in half because you have someone to help hold you accountable, and you double the joy of exercise because you have someone to celebrate your accomplishments with. |

At SPYN, we consider ALL of you to be our family, and we want you to share the gift of fitness with your friends. So, for this Friends-giving, we want you to bring a friend to SPYN with you! Starting on Monday 18th – 30th, you get to bring a friend in with you to ALL classes for FREE! Not only that, if you bring a friend in, you’ll both be entered into the friends-giving raffle where one set of friends will both get a FREE month subscription!! |

Another thing that we’re thankful for is each of our staff members and instructors. One, in particular, Kelly is turning 40 this month! She has had two goals for her 40th. One was to run 40 half marathons by 40 (which she is only 1 away!!) and the other is to have all of her friends donate 40 pints of blood to save as many lives as possible! I love where I live, and I also love what I do. I'm lucky to be able to work in a profession in which I get to build relationships; one that has me meeting new people each and every day and helping them to build new lives in my beloved city. I'm lucky enough to work in a profession in which I can marry cutting-edge technologies and marketing techniques to good, old-fashioned, nose-to-the-grindstone work. I am lucky enough to work in a profession that allows me to work as an advocate for my clients; to use every tool at my disposal to get a job done well for them, and with as little stress and expense as possible.
I love my city. I love my job. One inspires my excellence for the other.
