New Horizons Band and Orchestra for Adults
When/Where: Beginning with orientation at 6:00 p.m., August 26, 2015, intermediate/advanced rehearsals will take place each Wednesday in the Bullard High School Band Room, 5445 N. Palm Ave., Fresno, with strings starting at 5:30 p.m. and band at 6:30 p.m. Beginning band will meet Thursdays from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., and beginning violin on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., both at Bullard Talent K-8, 4950 N. Harrison Ave., Fresno.
New Horizons Music of Central California is looking for adults with no musical experience, or who were active in school music and want to start playing again. New Horizons provides a non-intimidating environment where you can play the instrument you have always dreamed about and progress at your own rate.

B3 (Beats, Bikes, Brews) at Frank’s Place

Franks Place again welcomes the Central Valley Biking community to join us for an evening of fly beats (brought to you by DJ Leonard), cold brews (brought to you by our friendly bartenders), and your bikes (safely parked inside of our super cool air conditioned historic space). This event is open to all, not just those with bikes.
There is a $1 optional donation at the door to help us raise money for some repairs needed in the Historic Warnors Theatre, and in return you will receive a ticket to see Grease (the sing along) on the Warnors BIG Screen September 17th… a $5 value.

Tshajlij Production Presents: “The Crush” TUS KUV HLUB

The Crush (tus kuv hlub) starring Haiv Thao as Sai, an aspiring screenwriter who Gao Ivy Yaj has had a crush on since they were children. Years later as adults, Gao plays a character in a movie Sai wrote, but as fate would have it tragedy befalls the star-crossed lovers during the production of the film, and really strange things start to happen on set. The twisted dark humor in this film brings out the best of the horror, romance, and comedy genres. Some promises are kept in this lifetime….some are fulfilled after.
This will be a one time show EVENT. Come out and support.
