I know. “Set an alert” sounds goofy, but I’m working on the assumption that maybe six people reading this still have a physical calendar they can mark.
FRESYES FEST. You know it, you love it. You look forward to it every year.
Yesterday, Tioga-Sequoia Brewing Co. announced the date for FresYes Fest 2018: Saturday, March 24. That’s three months away, plenty of time for you to get super hyped.
I asked event organizer Mike Oz to tell me about this year’s event:
“We’re really excited about FresYes Fest 2018. While the event has always been great in the past, we’re constantly trying to improve it and we’ve got some great ideas for this year.
Not everything is locked in yet, but it’s definitely going to have a bigger footprint than last year and have more of what you like at FresYes Festβbeer, music, food, and vendors. Stay tuned, because we have lots of details to announce. For now, mark March 24 on your calendar and make sure you don’t miss FresYes Fest 2018.”
I’m curious to see what “bigger footprint” means. Last year brought the closure of Fulton Street at Inyo for food trucks and vendors. We’ll have to see what affect the reopening of Fulton to traffic will have, if any.
In the meantime, if you’re a vendor interested in selling at the event, you can email fresyesfestvendors@gmail.c
