It’s A New Day at FresYES.com

Times, how they are a’ changing.

In July 2010, I left my longtime real estate home—Realty Concepts—and joined Guarantee Real Estate. 

During the years that followed, I’ve continued to grow my real estate business, each year receiving a higher honor for my personal production than the year before. In 2014, I was Guarantee Real Estate’s top agent in the Fresno/Clovis market and their 3^rd overall In California (I’m pretty proud of that, if I do say so myself).  

I have incredible respect and gratitude for the management team and owners of Guarantee Real Estate—they have given me every opportunity to succeed and supported me each step of the way. For that, I am truly thankful.  

That’s why what I’m about to tell you (cue drumroll, please) is such a big deal.

FresYES.com and FresYES Realty are now their own entity.  

 I was an early adopter of the Internet and its associated goodies, social media, and the like; something I think was one of my smarter choices (better than that taco I ate last weekend, but that’s another story altogether). I also chose to surround myself with a lot of forward-thinking real estate agents and professionals around the country—what some refer to affectionately as the “RE.net.” 

It was in part from listening, sharing, and being involved with so many great people that my idea—I’ll call it a dream—was spawned. 

That idea, in part, was to not be the stereotypical real estate agent. I was inspired to do more—to BE more. I wanted to raise the bar for myself, for those around me, and for the industry, at large. Now it’s time to take it to the next level, as they say, so I can reach and help more people and show them all of the wonderful things Fresno has to offer.     

FresYES will be a real estate brokerage, to be sure, but it’s going to be of a sort that’s never been seen (like I said—I have a dream). A small group of like-minded agents and real estate brethren will be joining and helping give our community a whole new way to fall in love with the city that’s captured each of our hearts.

Our new home is located in the northwest corner shopping center at Palm and Nees— next door to GB3 fitness center and lots of locally owned restaurants, shops, and more.

Like our web page, our office will be unlike any real estate office you’ve been to. We are neighborhood experts and deeply involved in our community and the office will reflect this at every turn: in its style, décor, and the events we host–yes, you read that right, EVENTS (more on that soon)!   

We’re still a work in progress—there’s lots of construction going on as we speak! But we don’t mind a little dust and are open for business, ready to help Fresno in a completely new way. When we’re ready for our official ribbon-cutting, rest assured you will be invited, but we’d love for you to stop in and pay us a visit!  

It’s high time the world of real estate joined the rest of the world. It’s time we were parts of the communities that we love and serve.

FresYES will help its customers find new places to live, sure, but more than that, FresYES wants to help them find all the things in Fresno that will make those houses their HOMES.

It’s a dawn, it’s a new day, it’s a new world … for Fresno, I mean FresYES 😉

I grew up in Fresno. Relaxed in its calm breezes, listened with my dad to the crack of the bat at little league baseball games when I was a kid and now take my son to do the same at minor league games. I broadened my mind at its schools (I went to high school right here at San Joaquin Memorial, and to college at Fresno State!) I love that if I drive for two hours in one direction, I can be in the mountains. For two hours in another, luxuriating on a California beach. I can enjoy the cosmopolitan atmosphere of San Francisco or Los Angeles, but still be able to come home to relaxation, calm, and quiet.

I love where I live, and I also love what I do. I'm lucky to be able to work in a profession in which I get to build relationships; one that has me meeting new people each and every day and helping them to build new lives in my beloved city. I'm lucky enough to work in a profession in which I can marry cutting-edge technologies and marketing techniques to good, old-fashioned, nose-to-the-grindstone work. I am lucky enough to work in a profession that allows me to work as an advocate for my clients; to use every tool at my disposal to get a job done well for them, and with as little stress and expense as possible.

I love my city. I love my job. One inspires my excellence for the other.

Fresno? I say FresYES
