Englemann Cellars: Your Place to Be on Friday Nights This Summer

Does drinking wine, enjoying the sights of the Fresno County countryside, and relaxing with friends sound like a fun night for you? If so, Englemann Cellars is going to be one of your favorite places to frequent this summer.

Beginning in June, Englemann will host its Friday wine tasting and live music nights. These evenings begin at 6 p.m. and run until 10 p.m. and feature awesome local bands, wine tasting, and delicious food from multiple local food trucks. The cover charge is an affordable $10-$15, and the grounds are absolutely enchanting.

Guests are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs, or to reserve a private table (for parties of ten or more). Englemann Cellars will also host two family movie nights during the summer. Guests of all ages are welcome to enjoy a movie, lawn games, food from vendors (or families may bring their own snacks), and an all-out good time outdoors. The dates for these events are Saturday, June 10, and Saturday, August 26.

Movies will begin just after sunset, and the gates open at 7 p.m. The specific movies to be shown this year are yet to be announced, but if you’ve always enjoyed the ambiance of the drive-in, this should be a great time for you and your crew!

Of note: free water, for-purchase non-alcoholic beverages, ice, and wine are all available at Englemann Cellars, but no outside liquids are allowed.
