Springly offers a unique build-your-own Vietnamese food concept, where you can customize your meal to your heart’s content. Whether you’re into savory spring rolls, vermicelli noodle bowls, or a classic banh mi, there’s something for everyone. Choose your protein, veggies, herbs, and sauces to create a dish that’s uniquely yours. And don’t miss out on their crispy egg rolls—perfect for a crunchy, flavorful bite.
But the offerings don’t stop there. Coffee lovers, prepare to be wowed by the specialty coffees brewed by Noc Box Coffee, a craft coffee bar pop-up that’s found a permanent home at Springly. I treated myself to their Cloud 9 iced coffee, made with espresso, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut cold foam, and topped with coconut shavings and brown sugar. It was absolutely phenomenal—an instant favorite! My coworker raved about the iced matcha, which was smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Another coworker enjoyed a refreshing P.O.G. Refresher, bursting with passion fruit, orange juice, and guava juice.
Springly also features a delightful selection of matcha, fruit teas, refreshers, and boba, along with delicious pastries from Culture Bake House. And as if that wasn’t enough, they also offer fresh flower bouquets from Flower Market California, adding a lovely touch to your visit.
The atmosphere at Springly is as fresh as their food will be. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a vibrant display of floral art sculptures and a whimsically decorated scooter that practically begs for a photo op. The pale green walls and cozy tables make it the perfect spot to relax, dine, and take in the spring vibes, no matter the season.
Currently, Springly is in its soft opening phase, offering beverages and pastries from 8 AM to 2 PM daily. But starting this Friday, they’ll be expanding their hours to 8 AM to 8 PM and rolling out their full Vietnamese food menu.
