Attended school at: Tranquillity High School | Fresno City College
Family: Husband Henry, four kids — 15-year-old twins boy and girl, 9-year-old girl, and 7-year-old boy. Also two cats, two guinea pigs and two dogs.
What I love about real estate: I love so many things about this business, but my favorite has to be the relationships you make along the way. I’m at the stage where I actually am starting to work with kids of families I’ve worked with years ago and it’s a great feeling to make that kind of connection with people. You know a bit of their story and that makes things genuine.
Favorite house sold: This is a hard one for me; I don’t have a favorite one. It’s so individual for me, so personal, every transaction is just a bit different than the other. If I had to choose, my favorite would be homes in my town where I really get to see the after of selling a home to a family.
What FresYes means to me: Freyes means community, family, and friends. It is real estate but with a different flair of knowing your client well enough that you deliver a positive experience and to their real estate needs.
Favorite place to get a coffee in Fresno area: Kerman has a great place to grab a coffee: our local Starbucks. It’s friendly and fast. On the other hand, there is a donut shop in Kerman where I really enjoy grabbing a coffee. Weekend donuts go early with families getting ready for weekend sports and to your left, the locals sitting having coffee chatting it up.
Favorite thing to do on the weekend: My favorite would be an unplanned road trip with my kids. Jumping in the car with no real destination and coming back home with the best memories.
Favorite non-Fresno destination: Well, that would have to be Las Vegas!
Cake or pie: Pie. Apple, to be exact.

More about me: This job is different every day and I enjoy every part of it. Some months I’m a specialist in farms/ranches, other months I am working with several residential buyers and sellers. Working for one common goal to get my clients the home they are looking for or getting the investor the right investment property. My 12 years of experience has made me very passionate about the needs and goals of my clients and I specialize in bringing peace of mind to home sellers and buyers.

I grew up in Fresno. Relaxed in its calm breezes, listened with my dad to the crack of the bat at little league baseball games when I was a kid and now take my son to do the same at minor league games. I broadened my mind at its schools (I went to high school right here at San Joaquin Memorial, and to college at Fresno State!) I love that if I drive for two hours in one direction, I can be in the mountains. For two hours in another, luxuriating on a California beach. I can enjoy the cosmopolitan atmosphere of San Francisco or Los Angeles, but still be able to come home to relaxation, calm, and quiet.

I love where I live, and I also love what I do. I'm lucky to be able to work in a profession in which I get to build relationships; one that has me meeting new people each and every day and helping them to build new lives in my beloved city. I'm lucky enough to work in a profession in which I can marry cutting-edge technologies and marketing techniques to good, old-fashioned, nose-to-the-grindstone work. I am lucky enough to work in a profession that allows me to work as an advocate for my clients; to use every tool at my disposal to get a job done well for them, and with as little stress and expense as possible.

I love my city. I love my job. One inspires my excellence for the other.
