Downtown Fresno’s Brewery District Welcomes Two New Hot Spots

Fresno’s Brewery District just keeps getting better and better! The 700 block of Fulton Street, just East of area mainstay Tioga-Sequoia’s Beer Garden is growing fast. It started with Modernist’s Cocktail Bar at 719 Fulton, then Full Circle Brewery moved into the former Zack’s Brewery at 712 Fulton. Now, the block welcomes two new hot spots – Dab Tacos and the 411 Rec Room, a tasting room offering delicious local brews from its parent company, 411 Broadway Brews.

The Fresno’s Brewery District is celebrating the Grand Opening of both Dab Tacos and the 411 Rec Room with a Block Party Saturday, September 25th from 5pm until close of business featuring live music and free food specials for the first 100 guests at Dab Tacos.

Dab started as a food truck that often parked in the area in the evenings so those enjoying a cold brew from Full Circle or a beautiful, purple Margarita from Modernist could enjoy a meal as well. Since their start, their menu has expanded and they now offer specialty items like quesabirria tacos, pork belly tacos, loaded fries, and deep fried elote. (Mexican style corn on the cob). Dab Tacos is located at 721 Fulton and is open daily from 11:30 am to 11pm. Their food truck is also still rolling out deliciousness across town, too. You can keep track of their whereabouts by following Dab on their social accounts.

The 411 Rec Room is the culmination of a dream for the owners of 411 Broadway Brews (aptly named, as their brewery is located at 411 Broadway, just a few blocks from the Brewery District). “At The 411 we strive to create world class Ales & Spirits. With quality in mind, our goal is to revolutionize and inspire craft beer, and our community.” A recent addition to their craft beer offerings is their New England IPA made with Galaxy Hops.

Whether you’re able to make it out this weekend, to celebrate the grand openings of both businesses, or just want to plan a fun night out soon, The Brewery District is sure to be a fun and lively place to spend your evening. Mark your calendars, bring your appetites and plan to visit soon!

Who is FresYes?

Fresyes.com was started by me, Jason Farris. Yes, I'm in real estate. I think that real estate is so much more than buying and selling homes. It's all about the lifestyle, it's about community. Here in the Fresno / Clovis area we have such a wonderful sense of community. I wanted a place that best reflects the people, the places and the lifestyle that we call home. Fresyes.com is that place. We have fabulous authors who share what makes this community of ours so special. I also write here, and not always about real estate. You can find all my posts HERE
