Fresno loves it’s Tacos. Heck, we have a whole section of the site dedicated to just Tacos. But who in Fresno serves up the best Tacos?
We looked at yelp and will mention their highest rated below but we’re more interested in what our FresYes community thinks.
The 10 Best Tacos in Fresno according to Yelp:
Número 10: Tacos El Pelon Ricardo Torres. Located at 4644 E Tulare Ave Fresno Fresno, CA 93702. 5 Stars but they only have 4 reviews, all from out-of-towners. Portions seem to be on the large size with the Carne Asada being the fav.
Número 9: Chuys Tacos Y Taquizas. Located at 505 W Clinton Ave Fresno, CA 93705. They are sporting 4 1/2 stars with 24 reviews. Guadalajara style. Favs here are the Al Pastor, Shrimp and Birria.
Número 8: Tacos Corona. This Taco Truck can be found at 521 Clovis Ave. Clovis, CA 93612. They are sitting at 4 1/2 stars currently with 82 reviews. Carne Asada seems to be the Taco of choice here.
Número 7: Robles Mexican Grill and Taqueria. 302 N Fresno St Fresno, CA 93701. Here’s another with 4 1/2 stars and they have 70 reviews. A lot of the reviewers like the Quesobirria.
Número 6: Las Mananitas. 1329 S Hazelwood Blvd Fresno, CA 93702. 4 1/2 stars with almost 350 reviews! Known for their Fish and Shrimp Tacos.
Número 5: Birrieria El Taco Solito. Can be found at 4002 E Jensen Ave Fresno, CA 93725. A full 5 star rating here but just 32 reviews. They say they specialize in Birria and Menudo.
Número 4: 2 Amigos Taco Truck. They can be found at 2588 S Maple Ave Fresno, CA 93725. 5 star rating with 32 reviews. Asada and Adobada Tacos seem to be popular here.
Número 3: Garrafa. 1807 W Olive Ave Fresno, CA 93728. Here’s another 5 stars with mid 30 reviews. The highest reviewed was the Barbacoa Tacos but they seem to also favor deserts and sweets.
Número 2: Los Pinches Tacos. Find them at 4395 W Ashlan Ave Fresno, CA 93722. 5 Stars but only a dozen reviews. Quesabirria seems to be the way to go here.
Número 1: Tacos Brunos. This food truck is open Thursday to Sunday. Find their Yellow truck at the corner of Belmont and N. Orchard St. They have a 5 stars but only 7 reviews? Not sure how Yelp figures this to be the number one. Asada, Tripa and Quesabirria with one reviewer liking the Cabeza Tacos! That’s something you don’t often see on menus.
