It’s a little amazing to us just how popular some of our polls are on Google. For instance if you were to Google “Best Tacos in Fresno” you’ll probably find our Poll right on the front page of your search results. The same goes for “The Best Pho in Fresno” and with so many other polls we’ve done. Thanks for your input. It’s your opinion that matters most to us!
We’ve never been to Thailand but right now we are craving really good Thai Food. We asked google and they pointed us towards a Yelp page, so that was a start. Here’s the top 10 according to Yelp, but what we want to know is what you think, we also have a Thai Poll at the bottom.
The Top Ten Thai Food Restaurants in Fresno
Like we said above, here’s what we found in Yelp. In our text below you’ll find no mentions of the dish – Pad Thai. we did that on purpose. Now to be fair, that’s an excellent dish when made right but we feel there’s so much more to Thai food than Pad Thai. Seriously, you need to give Tom Yum Goong (Hot & Sour Shrimp Soup), Kaeng Lueang (Yellow Curry), Gaeng Daeng (Red Curry), Gaeng Keow Wan Gai (Green Curry), Khao Soi (Thai Coconut Curry Noodle Soup), and Khao Pad (Thai Fried Rice) a shot the next time. You’ll thank us!
1. SabaiDee Thai Lao Cuisine
This locally owned business offers up what they call authentic thai and lao food that’s bold in southeast Asian flavor. Apparently they have been in business for a while (over ten years). They have 856 reviews on Yelp giving them a 4.2 Star rating. The Pad Kra Poa was especially liked here.

New owners, new name, but still a solid 311 reviews and 3.8 Stars. There’s a lot of good words about the Drunken Noodles. Add to the fact that it’s obviously Vegan and for some that’s a big win! it should be noted that most any Thai Restaurant could have vegan options on the menu but for a whole place committed to vegan, there is just never enough Vegan options out there.

This one is in Clovis. Yelp has them with 816 reviews and 3.9 Stars. One of their most liked dishes would be the Panang Curry which is a type of red Thai curry that is thick, salty and sweet, with a zesty makrut lime flavor.
