How many Fresno State Bulldogs have made it to the NFL?
With the start of the 2014 NFL season, 32 teams across the country will have finalized their 53 man rosters and are suiting up today and preparing for the first of 16 regular season games in hope that come February 1st 2015 it will be their team that is raising up the Lombardi Trophy high in the air.
Is it possible that a former Fresno State football player could be on that team? If you are a Raiders Fan you are certainly hoping so. To the cheers of #raidernation twitter fans everywhere who have been campaigning with hashtags such as #startthecarr Oakland rookie Derek Carr will start the season opener against the New York Jets, becoming the first Raiders quarterback to start the first game of his rookie season.

Derek Carr is of course not the only former Bulldog to strap it up with the likes of the best of the best in the NFL. Check this long list of players, some you surely will recognize.
