What? A “BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP APPETIZER” that does not make a mess! Ask yourself, do you love chicken wings? I’m crazy about chicken wings so much, that this past weekend I was up at Tenaya Lodge and had to order them, I actually crave them, LOL! My husband tells me all the time that I’m going to turn into a chicken wing! But, let’s face it, they are not the most lady-like or easiest to eat out at restaurants, or at dinner parties when your walking around with a drink in one hand, an an appetizer plate in another. They can be awkward to eat in front of people at times, especially when you are around clients and such. And, that darn chicken bone that is left on your plate, its not very appealing, Haha!
Now, let me tell you about this amazing Buffalo Chicken Dip I found a year ago on Pinterest (of course, it rocked my world!). I never follow recipes, only use them as a guide, so in true fashion, I had to change the recipe to suit my taste buds and I was able to finally master the recipe to perfection. It is the easiest appetizer to make, your teenagers can make it. Its so simple and delicious that my friends, family and co-workers all rave about it and now actually ask me all the time to make it for them. It is my famous appetizer among the men in my life and I bring to Nascar parties, Super-bowl parties, Chili-Bowl parties, football parties, office pot-luck’s, birthday parties, holiday parties, and anyplace else you can think off that you will need to bring an appetizer!
Just this past week I actually emailed the recipe to about 13 different people who live all over the United States! Click, I just had a light bulb moment… So now I thought it would be a great idea to share my famous Buffalo Chicken Dip Appetizer recipe with all of you, too! With so many Holiday Celebrations coming up this week, and throughout the New Year. Its simple, fast, no mess and delicious for everyone to enjoy!
