As someone who’s always on the lookout for new dining experiences, I recently learned about Ramen Hayashi when several local moms were talking about how great it was in a Facebook group I’m a part of. This locally-owned eatery, a brainchild of the Lin family (the same culinary wizards behind Hino Oishi and Spicy J’s), offers a delightful blend of comfort, taste, and convenience.
My family and I visited on a rainy Saturday evening for dinner and had completely wonderful experience from start to finish. The warmth of their heated patio, even in mid-January, combined with the comforting deliciousness of their food, made it a great night. Two Convenient Locations
Ramen Hayashi has both a Fresno and Clovis location. The Fresno restaurant is in NW Fresno, in the Marketplace at El Paseo Shopping Center at Herndon and 99, just south of the movie theater. The second location is in Clovis, on the SE corner of Herndon and Fowler, across the street from Vons. They operate from 11am to 9pm on weekdays and extend a bit till 9:30pm on weekends – perfect for both lunch and dinner plans.
