When I first visited Springly, I was drawn in by their coffee (made by Noc Box Coffee) and pastries, as I shared in my initial article. At the time, their food menu wasn’t available, but I’m excited to report that they are now serving a full array of Vietnamese-inspired dishes! This follow-up visit gave me the opportunity to try some of their fantastic offerings, and I can confidently say that Springly is a must-visit for anyone seeking a fresh, delicious, and relaxed dining experience in Fresno.
On our recent visit, we indulged in a few of their signature dishes. I ordered the House Beef Bowl with the spicy garden dressing. The beef was tender and of excellent quality, and the rice was cooked to perfection—not too soggy, not too dry. But the real star was the dressing. It was spicy, yet fresh, creamy, and herbaceous, with a significant garlic kick that added complexity to the dish. It’s the kind of sauce that transforms a meal from good to unforgettable.
My husband opted for the House Special Vermicelli Bowl with Vietnamese vinaigrette. He was equally impressed, enjoying every bite. The only thing he wished for was more of that fantastic vinaigrette, which had an incredible flavor and perfectly complemented the dish. We also shared an order of pork and vegetable egg rolls, which arrived piping hot. They were stuffed full of fresh veggies and meat, crispy on the outside but not at all greasy. The thick, sweet, and sour chili sauce they came with added just the right enhancement to each bite.
Springly’s menu offers a build-your-own experience for dishes like vermicelli bowls, banh mi sandwiches, and spring rolls. Diners can choose their base, protein, veggies, toppings, and, of course, the incredible sauces and dressings that make Springly stand out. This option is perfect for those with dietary restrictions or simply picky eaters who want a personalized meal. They also offer kids meals, so everyone in the family can find something to enjoy.
We couldn’t resist getting a couple of iced coffees to go to cap off our meal. I went with my favorite, the Cloud 9 Coconut, which was just as amazing as the first time I had it. My husband took a chance on the Brulé, and though we initially worried it might be too sweet, a quick swirl blended all the ingredients beautifully, resulting in a perfectly balanced and delicious drink.
Springly offers more than just great food and drinks. You can also find fresh flower bouquets for just $20—a charming extra that makes this spot even more special. All of these offerings, plus the calm and pretty aesthetic of the space, combined with the friendly and quick service make it a really great addition to North Fresno, and I hope you’ll stop in and enjoy it yourself, soon!
