Happy Saturday morning!  Are you watching the big game tomorrow? 

Do you ever have those weeks that seem to fly by? This last week for me, was one of those. It seems like it was just yesterday I was writing you here, compiling news about real estate and happenings in our community.  Speaking of happenings, I’ve got lots of cool stuff below to share with you.  Before we get to that… Who do you think is going to win the big game on Sunday?  Myself, I’m torn – on one hand, you have a season teamed let by Tom Brady, arguably one of the greatest quarterbacks and leaders the NFL has ever seen. On the other, arguably one of the hardest working teams, led by possibly the most athletic and naturally gifted quarterbacks we’ve seen in decades.  If I must choose, I’m going with KC – I just don’t think Tampa Bay’s defense is going to be able to stop Hill and Kelce. So I found this cool business I wanted to share with you…  Apple Spice!  It opened its first box lunch delivery and catering company in 1988 ← and I’m somehow just now finding out about it.  Chuck and Jessica Calvert, residents of Fresno, are the owners of Apple Spice. They are a box lunch delivery and catering company for businesses, corporate meetings, and special events. Unlike many national brands, which use par-baked bread full of added preservatives, their bread is made from scratch daily. The smell of hot dough baking in the oven permeates the kitchen each morning – it’s amazing! Inside every box lunch, you’ll find a delicious sandwich (or wrap) made with premium meats and cheeses and their famous 13-grain, sourdough, or honey-wheat bread.
