Have you noticed activity is picking up and homes are still selling as fast as ever? Hopefully you are capitalizing on all the opportunities out there! Here’s what we have for you this week:

We have two special awards being presented:

1. For the longest escrow

2. The most difficult transaction. 

If you believe you have had either one or both of these, please submit a short paragraph of which transaction it was and what happened to Corrie and Manuel.

Hour of Power – Must submit a picture to Marissa,  Luis and Corrie or attach to this form as proof of you doing your hour

BombBomb – Points awarded for new videos created only. Not number of clients sent to.

January 22nd: Leon will discuss scripts for online leads and help you to convert those leads! 

January 24th: Ryan will discuss investment properties, offers and how to maximize your business with investors.

January 29th: Jane will continue her course on Contactually. Come learn how to make the most of your database! 

January 31st – Last course of the month! Luis will be going through Facebook ads and will do a step-by-step on how to create one to gain more clients.
