Let’s start with Friday night. Get a baby sitter for the kids and head down to Strummers for a little HOBO JOHNSON. Stop off somewhere for some food and a cocktail or two as this is going to get a little weird. Weird but worthwhile – we promise! |

About that bite to eat. Did you know we have a whole category devoted to just Patio Dining? You can certainly find a great place to eat. Libelula, Saizon, Eureka! – the list goes on and on! Seriously, check out the Libelula Burger of the Week. The Fajita Burger – Sautéed peppers and onions on 2 angus beef patties smothered in melted ghost pepper cheese, garlic aioli and arugula on a butter toasted bun! |

OK, back to Strummers: If you’ve never seen or heard from this “kid”, his shows are very unique. Part poetry, part hip-hop, part emo-rap, part spoken word. Hobo Johnson is neither a Hobo (although he did live in his car for a while) nor a Johnson (his real name is Frank Lopes). |

We’re just thinking it would be a shame if the Cop Band didn’t play any of the top hits by the Police and likewise if the Firefighter Band didn’t play Burning Down The House, right? Oh and First Responders get in for free! (and you don’t have to name any dwarfs!) |
