On the home front (quite literally), there’s been a persistent buzzing in the real estate realm. The big question: when, oh when, will the MLS be back online? We’re on day 10 and counting, folks! But there’s a silver lining; they promise us by Tuesday. |

Weather-wise, after roasting like a summer BBQ, isn’t it just refreshing to think about the rain forecasted for tomorrow and Monday? Even if it’s set to be a tad humid at 55%, we’ll take it! ☔️ |
