Each week since the pandemic hit we have put out a different guide, entitled, Local Love. Each guide has promoted a local business that is in need of our continued support during this uncertain time. We started by featuring Valley restaurants, continued to the South Valley, then we raised up a glass in cheers with our Happy Hour Edition, showed you our sweet tooth with a Dessert Edition, and recently decided it was time to work it all off with our Fitness Edition. What is a Kettlebell?Kettlebells are cast-iron ball-shaped weights with handles that come in a variety of weights.
