The holidays are over, and the decorations are put away. What do we do now? We SPYN IT!

We still have some Tour de SPYN shirts at the front desk, so if you completed the tour, but haven’t gotten your shirt yet, do it! You earned it and should wear it with pride. We’ve got another SUPER fun challenge coming your way soon, so start getting those legs ready, the Scenic-highways-and-byways-tour-of-California-landmarks-and-destinations-classic (name to be finalized soon) will be starting next week. More details to come, but trust us, this is going to be FUN! 

Speaking of fun… Hopefully, you’re having fun coming to SPYN class, and if so, we need your help! We are having an absolute blast talking to each of you as often as we can and we’re getting great feedback from everyone, but one thing that would really help us is if you would get onto social media, Google, Facebook, Yelp, your own pages, etc, and leave us a review! We can tell people all we want about how great SPYN is, but nobody wants to hear it from us, they want to hear it from YOU! When someone searches for “spin class, Fresno” we want them to find us, read your great review, and maybe give us a shot. Thank you all for being the BEST part of our studio. 

SPYN 101

By popular demand, we are now hosting SPYN 101 every other Saturday at 9:00 AM. This is a FREE introductory class so invite your friends who haven’t been to SPYN or come learn more about the movements, metrics and how to find the beat.Classes are available to book in the SPYN app.

Right in front of the lockers is a whiteboard with upcoming theme rides, special announcements, member highlights and a section for you to write your goals for the year.Many people have a goal to SPYN more and we want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to do so. Just a reminder on our late cancel / no show policy: A $15 fee is charged if you cancel within a 12-hour window prior to the class. You are also charged for not showing up for a ride. We know that sometimes there are situations where you just can’t make it unexpectedly so make sure to send us an email or give us a call. This policy ensures that people are able to book bikes in classes and it’s a great way to hold yourself accountable for reaching your fitness goals!
