Welcome to The FresYes Insider! It’s 2024 and get ready for a content feast! We’ve got some great changes coming up that I am sure you are going to love! I don’t want to let all the cats out the proverbial bag but I will say this. We’re going to keep on doing the great community based stuff FresYes always has but we’re working on exciting new things. We know you love our local business interviews as posts, but what if they were podcasts too? What if they were videos? What if they were podcasts, videos and great articles all at the same time? Right?Plus we’ll be adding in some great real estate related content, diving deep into topics like navigating bidding wars, maximizing home values, and even exploring the rise of sustainable tiny homes. We’ll be dropping sizzling videos every week, featuring local market updates, expert interviews, and stunning virtual tours of some jaw-dropping properties. And to top it off, we’re opening up a whole new avenue for local businesses to tap into this booming market with targeted advertising opportunities. Imagine showcasing your services to the right local demographic – it’s going to be awesome!We haven’t yet come up with a catchy name for the podcast yet so if you have a great idea – send us your ideas. I love where I live, and I also love what I do.
