Grew up in: San Jose born and raised!

Attended school at: Valley Christian, Westmont College, Santa Clara University.

Family: My husband Jay, the smartest and funniest person I know! Jackson (16), Quinn (14)
Garrison (11), and Avery (9) (finally got the girl), and 6-month-old puppy Reily, because after nine years of the kids asking, we caved.

What I love about real estate: I love that each day it is something new. New challenges to solve and people to help!

Favorite house sold: I can’t pick just one, they all have a story! I would say the rental that I got to clean with bleach and use Magic Erasers, because bleach is my favorite smell. ????

What FresYes means to me: I love to always find a way to say YES to my clients (I love a good challenge). FresYes to me means opportunity. An opportunity serve, and help my clients get where they need to be.

Favorite Fresno landmark: I really enjoy the rolling hills to the mountains, a fantastic view on a clear day!

Favorite place to get a drink in Fresno area: Coffee at Kuppa Joy, and any patio in the fall or spring.

Favorite thing to do on the weekend: Relax with family, take care of my clients, cook!

Favorite non-Fresno destination: Santa Barbara

More about me: I am a self-professed real estate “junkie”; I love analyzing how homes are designed, how they can function better, how they can be optimally marketed, and how they can look their very best to sell. I also love identifying homes can be restored and cutting through the clutter to discover homes of real and lasting value.

As someone who has bought and restored several homes with my husband, I know how to spot a home that has great potential and what it will take to make it your dream house. I grew up in Fresno. Relaxed in its calm breezes, listened with my dad to the crack of the bat at little league baseball games when I was a kid and now take my son to do the same at minor league games. I broadened my mind at its schools (I went to high school right here at San Joaquin Memorial, and to college at Fresno State!) I love that if I drive for two hours in one direction, I can be in the mountains. For two hours in another, luxuriating on a California beach. I can enjoy the cosmopolitan atmosphere of San Francisco or Los Angeles, but still be able to come home to relaxation, calm, and quiet.

I love where I live, and I also love what I do. I'm lucky to be able to work in a profession in which I get to build relationships; one that has me meeting new people each and every day and helping them to build new lives in my beloved city. I'm lucky enough to work in a profession in which I can marry cutting-edge technologies and marketing techniques to good, old-fashioned, nose-to-the-grindstone work. I am lucky enough to work in a profession that allows me to work as an advocate for my clients; to use every tool at my disposal to get a job done well for them, and with as little stress and expense as possible.

I love my city. I love my job. One inspires my excellence for the other.
